Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • The purpose of the TA Manager’s position is to develop and lead the Rotterdam TA team and to continuously improve TA performance.
  • You will be responsible for the safe execution of the TA program within approved premises and meeting the business objectives.
  • This is a high-impact leadership role with a financial and operational dimension between € - MM (TA cost and production impact).
  • The TA team manages the 6-yearly major TAs (for each production line) and the dedicated yearly catalyst changes.
  • During TA execution, the team grows to around people, managing over people at the peak of construction.
  • TA Strategy and Organization:
  • Develop and lead the Rotterdam TA team.
  • Define the long-term TA Strategy in close cooperation with other relevant disciplines to meet business objectives.
