Assists the Customer Relations Unit in all the undertakings related to the unit
Coordinates and handles ad hoc duties on site/head office and ensures proper endorsement to CCRU officer and APMC
Facilitates communication with the buyers on account status and necessary requirements for the turnover
Sending of turnover invite through HubSpot, calls, and SMS
Preparation of the turnover video prior to the scheduled virtual turnover and all turnover documents and paraphernalia prior to the turnover
Submission of turnover reports and uploading of turnover documents to OneDrive, such as the Unit Acceptance Document, Keepsake, and Buyer Information Sheet
Submission of lot and parking images report for the issuance of a final technical turnover notice.
Encode and update Salesforce Activity Logs for turnover-related activities.
