Responsibilities

• Teaching & Learning Plan – prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials, clinical demonstrations, and simulation‑based learning; develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements; supervise and assess student performance in theory and clinical practice; use innovative and evidence‑based teaching methods; ensure alignment of teaching and assessment activities with accreditation and regulatory standards (e.g., MQA, Nursing Board Malaysia).
• Clinical Supervision – guide and mentor students during clinical placements in hospitals, clinics, or community settings; monitor students’ clinical competencies and maintain records of their progress; liaise with clinical instructors and ward supervisors to ensure effective learning experiences.
