Position Overview
β’ Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across banking applications and transformation programs.
β’ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to define UAT scope, strategy, and timelines. β’ Develop and manage UAT test plans, test scenarios, and test cases aligned with business requirements. β’ Coordinate with business users for test execution, defect management, and signoffs. β’ Ensure proper validation of end-to-end banking workflows (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending, etc.). β’ Drive defect triage, prioritization, and resolution with development and QA teams. β’ Track and report UAT progress, risks, and quality metrics to senior stakeholders. β’ Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and internal quality standards. β’ Manage multiple stakeholders across regions and ensure alignment on deliverables. β’ Support data validation, migration testing, and reconciliation activities where applicable.
