The MMA Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, delivering great member service along with Private Training and Supplement revenue. They address member concerns, employee relations issues, oversee scheduling and time‑keeping activities, communicate and enforce Company and Club policies, and attain revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements. The position requires 7‑day availability, including morning and night shifts.
