We are seeking a UI/UX Expert to design intuitive, user-centred digital experiences that improve usability, efficiency and user satisfaction across a portfolio of business applications.

Your Day-to-Day

• Conduct user research and gather user experience requirements.

• Facilitate workshops and design-thinking sessions with stakeholders.

• Create personas, customer journeys and user flows.

• Design wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and clickable demonstrations.

• Define and maintain design systems and UI standards.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Analysts and development teams.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards.

• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.

• Support continuous improvement of digital products and user experiences.
