Roles & Responsibilities
β Providing technical support and respond for incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva)
β Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensure that all issues are properly logged, categorising and prioritising as per the defined TAT
β Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering on phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services
β Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.
β Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager
β Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL
β Proper understanding of the client's requirements
β Understanding PHP code will be an added advantage
