Utopia Design is seeking an experienced Luxury Villa General Manager to lead the pre-opening and ongoing operation of an ultra-luxury private villa in Jericoacoara, Brazil. This is not a traditional hotel General Manager position, but a highly operational leadership role.

You will transform an architectural project into a fully operational luxury hospitality experience, building high-performing teams, implementing SOPs, budgets, and guest experiences that exceed expectations.
