We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Ultrasound Technologist - Per Diem (Pediatric and Adult Echo). 

The Ultrasound tech will be performing echocardiograms on a wide variety of patients including fetuses, neonates, infants, children, adolescents and periodically adults.

Job Responsibilities:

Use Doppler technology to aid in assessing patients pre-operatively and post-operatively related to acquired and congenital heart disease in the pediatric population.
Perform other related duties as required, such as perform adult echocardiography if available when needed in Echo Department.
Is competent to care for patients based upon the age groups treated.
Must be able to use independent judgment in performing echocardiogram examinations.
Train and orientate new personnel.
Consult with supervisor or physician when in doubt.
