Overview:

IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the Santa Monica Area. We are seeking both Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety
• Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior
• Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies
• Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
• Work closely with store management and IPS leads.
