Recruitment & Outreach
Manage an assigned recruitment territory with specific enrollment goals; develop and implement a strategic plan to meet objectives.Represent the university at high schools, college fairs, community colleges, community-based organizations, and other recruitment events.Build relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, community leaders, and workforce partners.Maintain consistent communication with prospective students to ensure awareness of academic programs, campus life, application requirements, and enrollment steps.
