Successful Underground Utility Contractor is in search of an experienced utility foreman to supervise a 4-6 man crew, specializing in H20 Mains, Sewer Mains, Lift Stations, Manholes, Storm Drain and Structures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MUST HAVE EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP SKILLS, AND BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE, TRAIN, AND DELEGATE TASKS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
- Responsible and accountable for the safety of the crew, ensuring all company employees are adhering to company safety policies and guidelines.
- Daily log sheets, timesheets, and weekly receipts or paperwork are turned in weekly.
- Communicate with onsite general contractors, inspectors, superintendents, and project managers in a professional manner.
- Ensure job equipment and tools are maintained in good working order and are safe for use.
- Coordinate with an office on material deliveries and plan for equipment usage.
