The opportunity
We’re looking for a Rural Underwriter to join our North Sydney team, supporting customers with timely, confident underwriting decisions across rural lifestyle, farm, crop, and livestock risks.
You’ll be a key technical voice in a growing business — helping deliver fast turnaround, strong risk selection, and a consistent broker experience.

What you’ll do

• Underwrite rural risks (crop, livestock, farm and rural lifestyle) within delegated authority
• Respond to customer queries with clear, timely, solutions-focused decisions
• Triage referrals and structure competitive underwriting solutions
• Balance risk selection, pricing, and broker experience in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain clear and accurate underwriting documentation
