About the role

We’re looking for an Underwriter II, Commercial Lines to join our growing team! This individual can be located in any of the provinces that BrokerLink operates in.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and manage a portfolio of business, evaluating and pricing risks within established program guidelines and authority limits.


• Apply consistent underwriting strategies to drive profitable growth across program.


• Quote, negotiate, and bind new business, renewals, and endorsements with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and key stakeholders.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support program success and enhancements.


• Ensure underwriting discipline and compliance with program rules, filings, and regulatory requirements.
