Job Summary

To assist the team in maintaining efficient underwriting operations processes and providing customer service to clients.

Objective of the Role

• Provide support and assistance to Underwriters by submission triage, reviewing new and renewal business, including quoting, rating, binding, and issuance support
• Manage account activities throughout the underwriting process
• Provide effective reporting on account portfolio
• Establish good internal and external relationships with clients and stakeholders
