An opportunity has arisen in the Risk Service Unit for an Underwriting Industry Team Leader. This role is accountable for driving underwriting excellence in the team, building strong relationships with the commercial units, customers, brokers and agents, creating a collaborative spirit, shaping risk strategies, ensuring sustainable portfolio performance, driving innovation, and high focus on staff retention and staff development to support profitable growth of the business.
