Role Description
You will lead underwriting delivery, driving strong product performance, technical excellence and profitable growth. This is a key leadership role where you will develop underwriting capability with your people while ensuring disciplined, high-quality decision-making aligned to strategy.
Location: This role is based in our Glasgow office, please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation to attend the office at least 2 days per week.
