Job description:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UC team to implement Unified Communications projects across APAC.
- Maintain Unified Communications solutions, including Teams, Contact Center, MTR, Teams Phone, reporting, and administration tools.
- Provide Level 3 support for VoIP and Video Conferencing incidents, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Assess business requirements in technical projects and develop functional and technical specifications.
- Handle technical service requests, including configuration updates and expert-level request management.
- Identify, propose, and deploy new Unified Communications technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage discussions, negotiations, and relationships with service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.
