About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high customer service standards.
• Plan and organize daily operations, including workflow and staffing.
• Develop and manage the store budget, analyze costs for food, ingredients, etc.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational initiatives.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in implementing initiatives and achieving goals with a focus on Operations, Brand and Talent.

Qualifications

• College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a 1‑to‑2‑year program.
• Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in hospitality administration/management or related field.
