What is Unit Head Digital & Branchless Banking Risk - MMBL?

• To drive Mobilink Bank’s digital and branchless banking risk strategy by ensuring effective identification, monitoring, and mitigation of emerging risks. The role oversees digital risk management, regulatory compliance, and high-risk digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Support in implementing the bank’s risk framework and strategy within agreed timeframes, ensuring effective identification, assessment, monitoring, control, and reporting of digital and branchless banking risks.
• Supervise and lead risk reviews of branchless and digital banking operations to identify associated risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Review existing and new policies, products, procedures, SOPs, and other relevant documents, including outsourcing arrangements.
