Position Summary
The Nursing Leader (RN) plans, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the clinical and resident care services of Historic Homes of Runnemede (HHR) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and compassionate resident-centered care. This position provides nursing oversight in accordance with Vermont Residential Care Home regulations and supports a home-like environment that promotes resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
The Nursing Leader serves as the primary clinical leader for the organization and is responsible for nursing oversight, medication management, clinical staffing, regulatory compliance, staff development, and care coordination. This role partners closely with the Director to support strong clinical outcomes, operational excellence, and a culture of compassionate care.
