Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related business course.
• Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in FMCG or food and beverage , with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, including performance management and field coaching.
• Strong skills in territory management, route planning, and channel or key account development.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
