He/She fulfills Board‑directed institutional vision, mission, and goals and ensures full compliance with CHED mandates and accreditation standards. He/She drives institutional sustainability, growth and academic and administrative excellence in a competitive global and local educational landscape. The President balances academic priorities with operational efficiency while fostering innovation, inclusivity and strong stakeholder relationships.
