Responsibilities - Lead and manage Early Careers programs including internships, scholarships, and early talent initiatives (Secondary School to Junior College), ensuring seamless end-to-end program execution.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong strategic partnerships with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), including ITEs, Polytechnics, Universities, and Junior Colleges, to establish a sustainable early talent pipeline.
