Key Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME on supported technology
- Collaborate and manage tasks to support team targets
- Engage with multiple teams and vendors on scheduled maintenance and upgrade activities

- Execute tasks as per schedule to support end-to-end operations
- Manage ServiceNow tickets (Request, Incidents, Problem and Change requests)
- Support 24x7 work schedule and on-call
