Position Overview

Part Time-all shifts

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care services to residents in accordance with established care plans.
  • Assist in the admission and discharge of residents as required.
  • Collect charts, records, and reports.
  • Clean, sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
  • Administer/assist/observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record (MAR).
  • Assist with monthly blood pressures and weigh-ins as required.
  • Restocks the medication cart after all medication passes.
  • Respond to medical/physical/emotional needs with collaboration from Health and Wellness Manager/Care Coordinator.
  • Observe and report any resident changes in condition.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all residents.
  • Help residents maintain independence, promote dignity and physical safety of each resident.
