About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Upwork Bidder & Business Development Executive to join our in-house team in Lahore.

This is not a proposal submission role - we're looking for someone who can own and scale our Upwork growth engine end-to-end, from profile positioning to high-converting proposals to closing long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Write highly customized, psychology-driven proposals focused on conversion (no copy-paste bidding)
• Manage and optimize company Upwork profile(s) for visibility, ranking, and positioning
• Develop niche-based bidding strategies to stand out in competitive markets
