Responsibilities:
Write customized and effective proposals on Upwork.
Identify suitable projects and bid strategically to win clients.
Communicate with international clients professionally via chat.
Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of bids and conversions.
Requirements:
2 years of experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive .
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
