Position Overview

Job Responsibilities
  • Process dealer payments and commission payments accurately and on time.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) transactions, including trade payable invoices, miscellaneous invoices, and staff claims.
  • Perform e-banking transactions across multiple banking platforms.
  • Process refunds, overpayments, loss of use claims, insurance-related payments, and other payment requests.
  • Prepare payment journals and post transactions into Microsoft Dynamics AX (AX).
  • Perform collection journal entries for the Operation Administration department.
  • Update LTA Giro payment records in Excel.
  • Extract AP payment data for account reconciliation purposes.
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities during the implementation of the NPLS new system.
