Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Actively seek and develop new business in the interior design and fit‑out sector. 
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and client meetings to build the sales pipeline. 
Provide management with market intelligence, competitor analysis, and opportunity insights. 
Gather client requirements and coordinate internally to prepare proposals and quotes. 
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and developers. 
Log sales activities in CRM, update reports and provide regular pipeline updates. 
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed. 
Drive lead follow‑up, negotiation, and deal closure. 
Requirements  Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience in interior design / fit‑out / construction / renovation.
