The Senior Executive Compliance (Payroll & Labour Compliance) will be responsible for managing payroll-related statutory compliances, vendor compliance monitoring, vendor coordination, audit support, and resolution of compliance-related queries. The role requires in-depth knowledge of labour laws, statutory regulations, and compliance processes, with a strong focus on EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, BOCW, and CLRA compliances.
