**Practice Information**

+ We are seeking a Urologist to replace a retiring physician and join a team of five surgeons. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
+ Employment is with the Intermountain Health Medical Group

**Requirements**

+ Board Certified/ Board Eligible in Urology
+ Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or the ability to obtain an unrestricted license
+ U.S. ACGME Residency
