The opportunity

As a US Tax Senior Manager in our U.S. Tax Practice, you will lead large and complex engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to multinational clients across public and private sectors. Building on deep technical knowledge, you’ll drive high-quality U.S. compliance delivery and provide practical, innovative tax advice across U.S. federal and state matters, as well as cross‑border considerations.

In this role, you will be accountable for engagement strategy, technical leadership, risk and quality, and team development. You’ll cultivate strong client relationships, identify and advance opportunities, and contribute to the growth of EY’s U.S. Tax practice in Canada through thought leadership, coaching, and participation in national initiatives.
