Coordinate the collection, review, and verification of candidate documentation including licenses, certifications, and other compliance-related materials.
Ensure all submitted documentation is complete, valid, and up to date according to client and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and trackers for each candidate throughout the credentialing lifecycle.
Act as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, onboarding teams, and client compliance contacts.
Monitor timelines and follow up to ensure credentialing and onboarding milestones are met.
Keep informed on changes in client or regulatory credentialing requirements and apply updates as necessary.
Participate in internal and client meetings related to onboarding and compliance updates.
