The Genomics and Integrative Biology team at consists of data scientists and biologists

collaborating in the development and application of genomic technologies for early drug discovery.

In this role, you’ll apply published and internal methods for the integrative modeling of data from

diverse genome-wide, often sequencing-based, assays for the purposes of therapeutic hypothesis

generation and evaluation.



Responsibilites

Perform diverse modeling tasks, typically with sequencing data or data matrices with

sequencing counts as input
