Job Description

A US Device Hub Specialist is responsible for managing the inventory and the shipping and receiving of IT equipment.

This role ensures that all IT hardware is properly stored, tracked, and deployed to support the organization’s operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and tablets.

Order Picking: Accurately picking products according to order specifications and preparing them for shipment.

Equipment Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of IT equipment to various departments and ensures timely delivery.

Packaging: Packing items into boxes or containers efficiently to ensure safe delivery.
