About the Role

Support a U.S.-based Private Client Risk Advisory firm handling personal lines insurance for high-net-worth families, working with carriers like Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Berkley One, and Cincinnati Insurance. You'll assist with quoting, carrier submissions, client follow-up, and account servicing.

You must have:

• Prior experience working in P&C / personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella) - carrier-side, agency-side, or insurtech; Indian P&C experience is fine as long as you genuinely understand policy structures and underwriting basics
• Comfortable taking calls during U.S. evening/night hours and weekends when needed - this is not a fixed 9-6 EST shift, but you need to be reachable and responsive during U.S. time when something's urgent
