About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, experienced US Recruiter to join our Mohali office and support high-volume hiring for the United States market.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven recruiting role. The ideal candidate must have prior experience handling high applicant flow, managing structured pipelines, and consistently meeting recruitment KPIs.

This role requires strong English communication skills, professional maturity, excellent soft skills, and the ability to work the US Pacific Time shift from India.
