Role summary:
The Director, Strategic Initiatives & Business Operations, serves as a strategic leader responsible for driving business performance, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional execution across the merchandising organization. The Director partners across Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Replenishment, and Supplier teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The Director also supports supplier investment and Directed Spend strategies, helping align resources and funding opportunities to key business priorities.
