Job Description:

We're looking for a hands-on Retail CRM Tech Lead to drive the engineering direction of a cross-functional Agile squad.

You'll partner with product managers, designers, and other tech leads to build and enhance CRM platforms that power personalized, compliant, and efficient customer engagement across the retail banking lifecycle.

You'll influence architectural decisions, own technical delivery, and coach engineers as you help modernize and scale a CRM stack that supports retail bankers at Key Bank.
