**Job Description**

+ Work with the Production Scheduler to develop weekly production plans and ensure the appropriate materials are available to support production lines.
+ Lead, coach, and develop Shift Supervisors while monitoring plant performance to ensure daily operations meet production targets and business objectives.
+ Partner with the Maintenance team to establish work priorities and identify production-area work windows for maintenance activities.
+ Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to support associate-driven improvement initiatives focused on enhancing production performance.
+ Ensure all production areas, facility equipment, and personnel comply with Safety and Food Safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment, produce wholesome products, and ensure audit readiness.
