**Role summary:**

+ Project Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
+ Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
+ Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
+ Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
+ Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.
