Responsibilities

• Review and manage various US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
• Supervise tax associates and ensure the high quality of all deliverables.
• Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks.
• Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients.
• Ensure strict compliance with US tax laws and filing deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season.
• Oversee and review the preparation of diverse US tax returns (Individual, Corporate, and Partnership).
• Lead and mentor a team of tax associates to ensure operational excellence and quality.
• Manage direct client communication and ensure adherence to all US tax laws and deadlines.
