Team Lead US Taxation – International Accounting Solutions Provider

Salary: $38,367 Gross Monthly.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage US tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S).
• Oversee and review the preparation of diverse US tax returns (Individual, Corporate, and Partnership).
• Supervise and mentor tax associates to ensure high quality deliverables and operational excellence.
• Handle complex tax preparation and strategic tax planning tasks.
• Communicate directly with international CPA firms and clients; manage direct client communication ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure strict compliance with US tax laws and filing deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and manage team workflow during tax season.

Requirements
