Position Summary
Support and collaborate with team members on usability research projects across all stages of a project’s life cycle, including formatting research scripts and protocols to meet usability research best practices, compiling data sets, conducting research sessions, and/or taking notes as needed, and performing research analysis. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand their study objectives, clarify their participant requirements, and decide research participant sourcing methods. Maintain team resources, including our training materials, templates for project deliverables, and other research process documentation, as well as organizing and maintaining shared team drives and folders. Develop documentation and guidance to support departmental efficiencies and emerging tools, including the responsible use of AI in research workflows.
