**Responsibilities**

+ Performs glider/sailplane towing operations at the USAFA Airfield (KAFF). These operations include tows from the surface to 12,500 MSL for USAF owned and operated gliders.
+ Occasionally supports USAFA glider tow operations off site for 94th training camps and soaring competitions within a day’s flight of Colorado.
+ Conducts preflight inspections, positioning of aircraft in hangars, Tow Plane refueling, post flight cleaning of tow aircraft and periodic hangar floor cleaning.
