About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Researcher to join a large digital design organization supporting enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead research strategy, execution, synthesis, and stakeholder engagement to drive user‑centered product and design decisions.

The successful candidate will partner closely with design, product, technology, and business stakeholders to uncover user insights, validate design solutions, and influence strategic decision‑making through evidence‑based research.
