Job Title: USRN Supervisor (Healthcare BPO | Makati | Night Shift | Up to 100K)



Location: Makati

Schedule: RTO | 9 PM – 6 AM

Salary: Up to PHP 100,000 + Allowances



Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of USRNs

Monitor KPIs (AHT, QA, adherence, MTM completion)

Handle escalations and support complex cases

Guide nurses transitioning to telehealth

Ensure HIPAA compliance and quality standards

Qualifications

Active PRN license (required)

USRN license (preferred)

2+ years leadership experience in healthcare BPO or telehealth
