JOB DESCRIPTION

Utilities Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the upkeep, efficient functioning, and reliability of utility systems such as electrical power, water supply, HVAC, building, and fire safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance:
  • Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot utility equipment including LV power distribution system, HVAC units, water, and compressed air system.
  • Plan and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance program to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor system performance through control system and meters, ensuring compliance with operation standards.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in utility systems and coordinate repairs.
