The Utilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all utilities and refrigeration systems across the French Fries factory (brand: Fregy’s). This role ensures reliable operation of critical infrastructure, energy efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of utilities performance to support uninterrupted production. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee operation and maintenance of the refrigeration plants.
• Manage boilers, steam distribution networks, steam accumulators, and pressure reduction stations, air compressor plants, chilled-water systems, WWTP, and diesel generators.
• Monitor energy KPIs (Refrigeration, boiler & steam efficiency, WWTP & Air compressors).
• Manage a team of (engineers, supervisors, and technicians).
• Monitor shift schedules, training plans, and daily performance.
• Build a safety and reliability culture through SOPs, training, and accountability.
